I watched a video from another appliance parts supplier. That supplier did not have the repair parts available and would have to order from the manufacturer. Removed ice cutter, ice scoop holder, ice freeze plate water drain, water fill tube and cover over main water pump. With a nut driver and taking my time had everything removed, cleaned and reinstalled in less than 60 mins. Easy repair and saved a bundle on a service call.
