Whirlpool W11684512 Screw OEM Part

I am a 78year old woman and 40 years ago I replaced the belt on a dryer but could not even consider such a feat today. I ordered the parts from you on line and also found the video that you very nicely have attached to the site and I saved this under my favorites. The baffles arrived within 3 days and due to my age was unaware that dryers now come in two sizes and the ones I ordered were for the smaller but same model. I worked with a very nice customer service agent on line who got me the correct larger baffles that I again received within 3 days, she also emailed me a return order and address where I could mail the incorrect purchase back. I then had my 28 year old grandson who never owned a dryer watch it and he replaced the three baffles in about a half hour! This unit was one that was left in our rental unit and it was my intention to use it as it was a newer and larger model than the gas dryer I had been using for many years. There is a very old saying that "no good deed goes unpaid", or something to that extent which is evidently very true. We found when he got it fixed and moved into my house I did not have a 220 hookup for an electric dryer so since he had just acquired a house I gave it to him and he has been happily drying ever after. I will be ordering any future parts I need from AppliancePartsPros!!!!!!!!!
