Maria P Seven Hills , OH September 19, 2015 Hose problem I ordered the part twice from Sears Parts and both times they sent me the wrong seal. They also made me re-buy the part instead of accepting my part (which they did) and I had to wait three days to get my refund. This meant I had to pay for the part twice. I returned the second part and I asked for a refund. I went home and ordered the part from your company. The part also cost me less from Appliance Parts Pros, the part arrived in two days and we fixed the part on the third day. I will use your company again! Thank you. Figured the water froze In it and cracked. I replaced that as well. Now my Kitchen Aid stainless steel unit is working like new.. Cant even hear it..... Read More...
