Barbara S Columbia , MO February 16, 2015 We diagnosed it as failure in the timer Ordered the timer. Amazed in arrived in less that 24 hours. Reviewed the video with instructions twice and removed the old timer and replaced with the new. Working fine now. Only problem encountered was the washer used in the repair video was somewhat difference from ours. Easy to adapt to it and could identify the differences.
