Whirlpool WPW10468556 Refrigerator Drawer Track OEM Part

I installed the new guides on shelf number two, which then became our shelf number one and one went into the empty two place. All is well now.

Replaced parts with new, very easy but be careful when installing new tracks to the glass frame. Track parts are tight fit and you might have to use a slight force to engage pieces. They can break if not aligned correctly.

Original order with the help of Home Depot did not include all the parts. Called customer service and spoke with Deborah A. (I do have her last name but will not use it here). Deborah took the time to look into what parts I really needed and within 2 days had the correct parts and my drawer back. Deborah was awesome and as nice as could be.

Replaced with parts above, pushed down & out with old piece. The new piece snapped right back in.

Small problem with determining the removal procedure of broken track. Replacing the old with the new was simple and easy. Determining the part needed was a snap using your diagram layout. Saving the $ not paying for a technician was great.
