I found your repair video online. I followed the steps to find my heating element. Upon removal, I discovered that it had burnt out. I ordered the new element, which was offered at a lower price than any other I had found online. I used the savings, to get two day shipping. The part arrived, a day early!! Within fifteen minutes, my dryer was kicking out some serious heat!! I have already recommended Appliance Parts Pros, to a friend. Great company, to deal with!!!!

Our dryer seemed to be taking a long time to dry, often needing a couple cycles to complete the job. Then one day it stopped heating at all. After watching a couple videos and testing with a multimeter I figured out not only the thermristor had blown (can happen due to bad airflow) but also half the heating element was shot. I ordered both parts for overnight delivery and received them at noon the next day. Replacement was easy and the dryer is good again. Side note: After the repair was done I decided to blow out the house duct with a blower, and then started getting "AF" (airflow restriction) errors on the dryer. It appears I blew lint down the duct and it collected on some old bird nests that had gotten in there, blocking most of the air. I bought a lint eater kit, got the duct cleared all the way through and the dryer works better than ever!

Bought the product from Appliance Parts Pros and watched a very short YouTube video on how to replace it. The correct product showed up in a couple of days and it took me 10 minutes to replace it. I really appreciate the assistance.
