If it hadn't taken me 30 minutes to figure out how to remove the top of the washer (not the entire top, just the cover over the control panel area), this would have been a 5 minute repair. Maytag washer is less than a year old. was getting lf code (low fill) so after checking that my hoses had plenty of pressure after I unhooked them. I removed the screens and cleaned.them even though they were both clean. I took apart the top of the washer by popping the back plastic cover off and removed the water inlet assembly. tried to blow it out and clean with compressed air. Edward B San Angelo , TX October 05, 2019 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer WTW7500GW0 Washer would not fill with cold water The valve you sent was an identical replacement for the one I had. I replaced the valve with the new one and everything is fine now. The Whirlpool wtw7500gt0 only had one hard piece to remove, the control panel. It takes a steel putty knife pushed in at each front side bottom corner joint to release one spring clip on each side. Then pull forward and up and it will release so you can get access to the pump.
