Carol C Weatogue , CT August 07, 2015 Appliance: Model ARS8266BC The plastic wheel in the ice crusher broke into pieces and the ice bucket had a crack in it The bucket was an easy fix. There is a film on the website showing exactly how to replace it. The ice crusher was a bit of a problem because it had to be completely taken apart -- many small parts to put back in order!! We used the diagram from the website, plus I took photos from various angles before we took it apart. We were careful, and with patience, it went back together. We ordered the parts on a weekend, and expected it to take a few days. The parts were sitting in our breezeway early Tuesday morning. Quite a pleasant surprise. We are very grateful to Appliance Parts Pros. We have bought parts for the refrigerator and the dishwasher and they have been received promptly and been exactly what we ordered.. Steve B Arlington , WA March 12, 2016 Broken crusher wheel Simple process to remove the auger assy from the ice bin, remove the nut, pull each piece off of the auger bar(keeping in order), relace broke wheel and re-assemble in reverse order.
