Suggest that owners of similar refrigerators move the compartment one notch down on the door so when the compartment door is left open and the refrigerator door is closed the comp. door does not come into contact with the refrig. interior light housing. Used kitchen knife blade to disengage hinge on either side of the compartment. This website was the only one I could find that had a cross index good enough to find my appliance.
