M.B. for Model Number SHU33A06UC/14 WE are continually getting dirty water draining back into the bottom of the dishwasher. I have thoroughly cleaned the basket filter/strainer. It did have some hard water build up but nothing that I would consider enough to have caused the problem. Your thoughts? Thanks M.B. (fellow Bosch employee)
Answer Hello M.B., The drain line should be suspended under the counter top all the way up to counter top height. If this "loop" is not suspended, the sink water can back fill the dishwasher. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, December 13, 2012
