Olivia, You will want to check to make sure that the drain pump is getting 120 vac to it. If there is proper power to the pump but not draining then check for clogs in the pump and hoses and if this checks ok then the pump would be faulty. If there is no power to the pump when draining then the issue will be a faulty control board.
