Matt for Model Number Tappan tdb210rfs5 Recently our dishes have been coming out dirty, the top rack barely gets wet. I've noticed that the spray arm turns very slowly...8 secs for a quarter turn....and the water level barely covers the filter - is this normal?. I've also noticed a humming - not quite a whine- while it is running. I'm wondering about the float. It seems to move freely and pulls out easily. Is it supposed to? If the valve were bad would it let any water come in at all?
