Susan for Model Number JVM1790SK01 Re: MW touch pad buttons - some are not working -Vent Fan, Cancel, Conv Bake, Conv Roast, COMB Fast Bake. The MW heating function works, but to close it, need to unplug the MW. The Display light is also dim. At first we thought it was the FUSE, but given that the other buttons are working, then it can't be the fuse. So must be the control panel. Would like to order this but it seems you don't have part number WB07X10977 available. Please can you help check inventory? If you need to order, how soon do you expect to receive?
