Chris G. for Model Number JVM1790SK01 All of the buttons on the control panel work but any function related to the dial knob on the microwave don't work. The knob doesn't do anything as you rotate it. I pulled the knob and rotated the stem of the switch by hand to make sure the knob wasn't freewheeling. Is the control Power Board the item that needs to be replaced?
