I assume the unit is dead, but I want to be sure that it is the only reason the refrigerator and that unit is not functioning. Before it went out, the ice dispenser chute will always build up ice even with the ice maker function turned in the off position. Don't know why that is, I assume maybe it has something to do with the thermometer or one of the units for the freezer/ice maker.
Answer Hello Stevens, You should first check the wiring harness at the3 door hinge for proper connection and damage. If good, you will need to verify voltage to the display board WR55X10519.
