Tom for Model Number PSS25MGMAWW The freezer "increase temperature" button on the Interface Customer Assembly is continuously activated. Seemingly "self pressing" - you can even hear it beep when the door is closed. The down button works, but before too long the temp control is back to maximum. A side effect is that the refrigerator side gets extra cold, as well. Will replacing the "Interface Customer Assembly" fix the problem?
