Celso S. for Model Number DU915PWPB2 The dishwasher shuts down shortly into the first wash cycle (versus rinse, drain or dry cycles) and the lights go off on the panel - much like a short or a breaker tripping. I'm thinking is there is a problem with the electronic control. Do you think that's what it is? Thank you
Answer Hello Celso, This sounds like you may have a problem with the heating circuit. You should run a diagnostic cycle to see it the unit produces any fault codes. This is explained on the tech sheet behind the kick panel. DIAGNOSTICS CYCLE AND RAPID ADVANCE SERVICE FEATURE Pressing the following option keys in the sequence shown will either start the Diagnostics Cycle or turn on the Rapid Advance feature for stepping through customer selectable cycles: HIGH TEMP WASH ? HEATED DRY ? HIGH TEMP WASH ? HEATED DRY OR POWER SCOUR (HIGH TEMP SCRUB) ? HEATED DRY ? POWER SCOUR (HIGH TEMP SCRUB) ?
