Answer Hello Mary. You will need to test the defrost heater WP2315531 and the defrost thermostat WP4387503. They should read closed for continuity when cold. If they are good, you will need to replace the defrost timer W10822278. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
