Answer Hello Marlon. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the door switches W10211974 are bad and will need to be replaced. You will need to test and see which ones are bad. NC to COM should read closed and NO to COM should read open. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
