Denise D. I have a Whirlpool refrigerator and the shut off bale wire is not working on the ice maker. There's no play in it. It doesn't stay up. Do I replace the wire connection or the actual wire?
Answer Hello Denise, The problem is internal in this case so the ice maker assembly or the motor module will require replacement. We normally supply a part number but, with no model number, since appliance parts are model specific, we need the model number to provide you with the correct part number.
