Jeanne, Yes, you can replace and individual knob or all five if you wish WP7733P410-60 . If you are unable to remove the knob from the gas valve shaft easily, you can slip a dish cloth or small towel under the knob, twist the towel, then use the towel to pull up on the knob, carefully, and it should be a bit easier.
