John October 21, 2012 for Model Number JGC8536ADS 1. Continuous ignitor spark (all 5 burners) with switchs off. For a while the sparking would stop when the center burner was turned on and the flame lit. Now it continues to spark even with the flame lit. 2. Replaced spark module. Still continuous ignitor spark (all 5 burners) with switch off, but when flame lit on center burner the sparking stops. 3. Problem seems to be center burner.

1 Answer Jeanne, Yes, you can replace and individual knob or all five if you wish WP7733P410-60 . If you are unable to remove the knob from the gas valve shaft easily, you can slip a dish cloth or small towel under the knob, twist the towel, then use the towel to pull up on the knob, carefully, and it should be a bit easier.
