Temperature Control Knob (Dial)

This replacement temperature control knob lets you set and adjust the appliance temperature quickly and confidently. It restores a secure grip and clear pointer for accurate temperature selection on compatible GE controls. What it does:

  • Fits onto the temperature control shaft and provides a readable pointer for selecting settings.
  • Restores smooth, positive detents so settings click into place and stay put.
  • Helps when the original knob is cracked, stripped, loose, or missing and temperature cannot be reliably adjusted.
  • Matches OEM form and function for proper fit on specified GE control assemblies.
What's included: One temperature control knob. Install notes:
  • Usually installs by lining up the knob with the control shaft and pushing straight on until fully seated.
  • Do not force the knob; if it does not slide on easily, confirm shaft type and orientation first.
  • Disconnect power to the appliance before servicing controls to reduce risk of shock.
  • If the control shaft is damaged or the knob slips after replacement, the control assembly may need inspection or replacement.
