This front bulkhead assembly forms the dryer's front drum support and air seal. Replacing a worn or damaged bulkhead restores smooth drum rotation, reduces noise, and helps maintain proper airflow for consistent drying performance.

• Supports and aligns the drum at the front to prevent rubbing and scraping
• Helps seal the lint/air path so heat stays in the drum and exhaust flows correctly
• Air leaks at the front bulkhead can contribute to long dry times or lint in the cabinet

• Disconnect power and gas supply and allow the dryer to cool before servicing
• Remove the front panel/door assembly; support the drum before detaching the old bulkhead
• Transfer any model-specific components from the original bulkhead and ensure seals/glides are correctly positioned
• After installation, rotate the drum by hand to verify clearances, then reassemble and test
