I went online to try to find out what the problem was. Fortunately, I found AppliancePartsPros.com. With their help I was able to easily diagnose the problem which was that the user interface (control panel) was bad, not the control board under the dishwasher. They then helped determine the exact user interface I needed. I opted for the two day delivery and it arrived the morning of the second day. I then watched their video on how to replace the user interface. It was without a doubt the best DIY video I've ever seen. It was so clear and concise even an 8 year old could have followed it.
