Snap-in outlet connector that secures the upper spray arm assembly to the dishwasher. Replace if cracked, stripped, or won't hold the arm securely.
I was unable to remove the screwed snap outlet, therefore only replaced the upper spray arm and the wash arm retaining clip. This fixed the problem. It would have been helpful if a tip were given as how to remove the screwed in outlet snap nut. Read more

I watched the video first, then I exchanged the new guard filter and lower washer arm parts and it was done. I am glad I watched the video to know that I had to retain the end shields.
