One is a clog and the other is a bad discharge pump or motor. After cleaning all the inner workings of the dishwasher, I concluded that it must be the discharge pump or motor. I found the part number and ordered it through AppliancePros.com because their price was better and they had and easy return policy. I use the standard shipping and my part arrived at my home within three days. I was very pleased to see the part was an exact match.
