This is a genuine replacement screw designed for use in select MTD engines on lawn and garden equipment. Specifically, this is an anti-rotation screw, which is used to stop the drive shaft housing from turning inside of the main housing assembly. This screw is a small part that is subject to constant vibrations, pressure, and high temperatures. It can sometimes become worn or damaged as a result or even break off entirely, which would mean that the inner housing would no longer be held in place accordingly. If this screw is damaged or lost, it needs to be replaced with a genuine OEM replacement as soon as possible. This MTD anti-rotation screw is manufactured with high-quality materials and designed for use in select trimmers from MTD, RYOBI, Yard-Man, Troy-Bilt, Murray, Cub Cadet, Yard Machines, and Bolens. This replacement will require a screwdriver. Simply remove the damaged screw, if it is not already missing, from the clutch cover assembly, and then install the new screw. It should only take a few minutes to perform the replacement. Be sure to wear gloves to protect the hands. This screw is sold individually and does not include any additional parts or hardware.

Luckily replacing a blade guard is a very simple repair. To replace the blade guard, simply pop the old guard out of its mounting attachment by pulling up and pushing it off of the mower. Once removed, snap the new blade guard into its mounting brackets and make sure it is locked in place. Once secured, it is ready to for use. This genuine replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with MTD brand lawnmowers.

This tube line is a genuine MTD part, sold individually. This tube line can be used as a replacement part for string trimmers. The function of the tube line for a string trimmer is to spool out of the trimmer head assembly and rotate such that it can cut through grass, hedges, bushes, and other greenery. Over the standard lifespan of an average string trimmer, the tube line might suffer damage that can stop it from rotating and cutting properly. If the tube line is knotted and cannot be unspooled from the head assembly, it can be repaired. However, if this happens frequently or if the problem is not solvable with the existing tube line, the broken or malfunctioning tube line should immediately be replaced by this genuine OEM replacement part before using the string trimmer again. Remember to wear gloves when handling, repairing, and operating outdoor equipment. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer, and it is sold individually. This tube line is compatible with the following brands: MTD and Craftsman.
