Unplugged stove. Removed six 1/4 inch socket head screws from back panel. Removed back panel. Removed plug on the back of the OCB. Removed OCB. Used Philips screwdriver to remove four mounting screws (and cracked pieces of the mounting holes). If you can get to this point, installing the new OCB is pretty self explanatory. Read more

Burner element was broken and partially melted. Didn't know if element or switch or kettle started it. Switch smelled burnt and bad; "burner on" light was on regardless of switch position. Traded with another burner switch; light went out. Ordered new infinity switch, burner element, plug for burner element, & drip pan. My tenant thought that the oven safety valve was bad, but after some research, I found that the transfer of heat from the igniter had to be sufficient enough to cause the valve to open.Your agent confirmed this and reassured me that even if the igniter was glowing, there was a 99% chance that it wasn't getting hot enough. I unplugged the stove ,cut the 50 amp cord off from the terminal block as it was burned took out the terminal block as it to was all melted .installed the new terminal block with a new stove cord back in business Read more
