I ordered the new hinge and the cap they said would be needed, took the door apart and installed new hinge. Only problem, wish they told me I needed 4 of the caps, for one hinge and each cap was 11.95 x 4...pretty spendy. Fortunately I was able to reuse 3 of my worn ones for now. Read more

I took out 3 screws and replaced the part and it took maybe 1 minute. I only needed a screwdriver. Works great and I am very happy it is fixed but not about doing more laundry. Read more

The part came within 3 days. The fix was straight forward ...unscrewed the hinge from the dryer then from the door and replaced with new hinge and the door closes the way it should. Read more

The very easy diagnosis was motor seizure. Because the machine is about a decade old, I decided to renovate most of the guts. Removed the screws, lifted the old lid out of the hinges. Replaced the hinges, set new lid in the hinges and replaced screws. Read more

Ordered parts based on watching repair videos. Parts came in a timely fashion and where exactly what was needed. Repair videos helped make the repair fast and easy and the washer is working well saving me hundreds of dollars. I had a repair man in to look at it at first , charged me 110.00 and did nothing said all parts where backordered. I ordered the parts and within 90 minutes I was done. Read more
