This is an insulator assembly includes the insulator, seals, and hardware. When this occurs, air can reach the engine and create a condition where the engine can't perform at its best. If this happens, the insulator assembly will need to be replaced. Take off the air filter, drain the fuel, and remove the intake assembly. The insulator can be taken off of the engine before the replacement is added.
