Dean January 02, 2015 for Model Number shu43c05uc/17 The on/off switch suddenly stopped working. The light blinked on/off for a second or two, but wouldn't stay on. Now it will not start at all. Is this most likely a switch problem or the entire control panel? It appears that the control panel for this model has been discontinued, is this correct? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
1 Answer Dean, You will want to check the on/off switch wire harness for loose or corroded connection. If this checks ok then the switch is most likely bad and is part number 00165242. Read More...

Aaron February 27, 2014 for Model Number Bosch shu43c05uc/46 What part number is the main control board and timer? The washer works well, it just gets stuck at 1min left and keeps running. It has to be some sort of electronics?
1 Answer Hello Aaron, It is much more likely that the water valve is sticking mechanically and the water fill assembly has dribbled water into the base. This will float the flood sensor float and cause the unit to only drain. Wick the water out through the opening where the water valve goes and install a new valve 00425458. Read More...

Terry C. September 11, 2013 for Model Number SHU43C02UC/22 I just purchased a new control module #647475. This was a little different than what was in there but I was told it would work. I installed it guessing about the wiring plug-ins since the board was a little different. Now I have no lights of any kind power, cycles, time or anything. Do you skip some fingers on the board when plugging your wires back in?
1 Answer Hello Terry, After looking up your model number I discovered that you do have the wrong control for your unit. This unit requires part number 00445925. Please call us back at 1-877-477-7278 to set up an exchange authorization. Read More...
Bob May 27, 2013 for Model Number SHU43C02 Like one of your other folks asking my Bosch also runs until it gets to one minute on the countdown timer. It will continue to run infinitely at one minute. You open the door and there is water and soap still inside. Close the door and turn it off, then turn it on again and the countdown timer jumps to 53, 55, 60 randomly. I'm guessing it is the control board that has gone bad. Does this sound plausible to you.
1 Answer Bob, Based on this information it does sound like the control board is faulty and would need to be replaced. Read More...

Ron March 22, 2011 for Model Number bosch dishwasher model# shu43co6uc/22 My dishwasher will run normal, until it gets to last one min, then will stay running and will not go into last cycle.
1 Answer Hell Ron. It sounds like the control may be bad, but first check and see if there is any water in the bottom pan causing the unit to go into drain mode. If there is water there, you will need to look and see where the unit is leaking from. Hope this helps. Read More...
