This control unit is the dishwasher's main electronic control board that manages cycles, timing, and user commands so the appliance runs the selected wash programs reliably. Replace a failed board to restore normal control operation. What it does

John, You will want to check to see if there is power going to the circulation motor. If there is power then the motor is faulty and would need to be replaced. If there is not power then the issue will be a faulty control unit.

Hello Donna. In most cases on a Bosch, this is not caused by a bad board. You need to check and see if there is water in the pan under the dishwasher. If so, then you have a leak and your hearing the pump stay on. Very common issue with Bosch dishwashers. If there is no water, check for a stuck float.

Charles, You will want to check the heating circuit for possible failure. Test the heater for continuity and check the wiring between the heater and the control unit especially where it transitions from under the unit to the door. If these check ok then the control module would be faulty.

Hello Darrell, This is normally caused by a failing water inlet valve and water in the bottom of the unit, activating the flood switch. To correct the issue, replace the water valve 00425458 and remove the water from the base assembly.

Phil, You will want to check to see if the drain pump is getting power to it to drain. If it is then the drain pump would be faulty and if it is not then either the wires in the door are bad or the control module is defective.
