Hi Ken. Remove the top by removing 3, Torx-20 size screws and sliding the top back, up and off. You may be able to access the soap dispenser assy. and dislodge the drawer panel assy. part # 3721ER1073D. If it is jammed in the dispenser make sure the dispenser assy. is not split or it will leak. Make sure the bleach cap and softener caps are cleaned regularly so they slide in and out easily and not causing the issue. Thank You.

Hi David. If you are just replacing the detergent cup assy., then you pull the drawer open as far as possible and then release the 2- upper clips that stop the drawer from fully opening. You wont have to release the top of the unit unless you really want to. There are screws in the back of the cabinet on the top. Remove these screws and then push back and lift up at the same time. The drawer assy. is part #3721ER1073D. Thank you.

David, You will need to try to move the drawer side to side and see if it releases. If not, you may need to remove the top of the washer and remove the screws holding the dispenser drawer housing in place and remove the dispenser housing and see if you can get it to release. You may even need to disconnct the water hose from the dispenser and use a tool to push out on the dispenser drawer. Good Luck and Thanksb Read more: http://www.appliancepartspros.com/Appliance-Parts/lg-panel-assembly-drawer-item-number-ap4439235.aspx#ixzz1XZyhoQra'>http://www.appliancepartspros.com/Appliance-Parts/lg-panel-assembly-drawer-item-number-ap4439235.aspx#ixzz1XZyhoQra http://www.appliancepartspros.com
