Have to pull real hard to get open and push hard to get it to close. Is there a quick fix or is it possible the draw is the wrong size?

1 Answer Don, Most likely one of the siphon caps on the drawer is not in position properly. There is one of 2 ways to get this open. The first would be to try to take the top off the unit and try to take the top of the dispenser housing off. There are clips on each side to get this off.
