Jml585, the pistachio planetary would be part number 9708190 for the model provided. However, based on the information provided, it sounds like the retaining pin WP9707223 in the gearcase housing may have broken. The housing would need to be disassembled and the worm gear follower W11086780 section inspected for any indications that the pin either broke or slipped out.

Don, Yes, these would be the same as far as the planetary goes. If you got the part number off the parts page then it is the correct part that would be needed.

David, you may want to check the center shaft o-ring [WP67500-55] for damage and wear as this would be the most likely cause. The planetary would only be the housing without the gears and such in this case. The grease that would be needed is part number [W11200218] and it would be recommended to clear out the old grease when applying the new grease.
