Bozena, Check the drain pump WP25001052 and drain hoses first. If the washer doesn't drain all the water out, it won't spin. The noise could be a worn out motor bearing, or something in the pump causing it to fail.

Hello Aud3946. The drive motor is hinged into the left bottom area of the outer tub and secured to the outer tub by the bolt on the belt adjustment wheel. A slot in the mounting bracket of the outer tub allows the motor to pivot and allows adjustment of the drive belt tension. 1 . Disconnect power to the unit. 2 . Remove the front panel, rear access panel and the front weight. 3 . From the rear, locate the belt adjustment wheel and note the adjustment number aligned with the rib of the outer tub. This will help later when the belt adjustment wheel is placed back onto the outer tub and the belt is remounted on the motor and drive pulley. Remove the bolt securing the belt adjustment wheel. 4. Lift the motor slightly to disengage the belt from the motor pulley. Place motor on the base frame. 5 . From the front, remove the wire harnesses from the back of the motor. 6 . Grasp the motor and slide it carefully from the pivot hang holes in the outer tub. 1 . Reverse the previous procedures to remount the motor. NOTE: Prior to hanging the motor, reconnect motor wire harnesses and ground wire. 2 . Prior to hanging the motor on the outer tub, check the positioning of the rubber motor mounts. 3 . Check belt tension. If loose, loosen the belt adjustment wheel bolt and rotate the wheel one notch in a clockwise rotation. Check belt tension again. The belt should experience no more than a 1" deflection when depressed to the inside.

Hello, This could be either the motor or the spin bearing. The first thing to do is open the door and reach up and put your hand on the top of the inner tub. Push up and release several times lightly. If you feel play and hear a clunking while doing this, the spin bearing 22004465 is at fault. If it feels tight with no play or sound, the problem is probably the motor 12002039.

Terry, Based on your post description, you most likely have an issue in the motor control board or wire harness between the board and motor. Based on the serial number, you would need to order 12002039 motor conversion kit ( which will contain everything you need). Thanks a lot

Hi Sergio. Is the door lock light coming on ? If not then you will need to replace the latch spring part # 22003717. The wax motor part # WP22002119. The spin enable switch and the door lock switch (both the same part #) x2 #WP22002162. This will get the door to fully lock. Remove the front door panel by first remove the door w/ hinges still hooked to the door side. Then remove the 2-opposite side inner panel clips and lay these screws aside so you know proper placement of these. Then remove the front panel by holding the upper panel inner/ outer edges and slightly twist while pulling the panel back up and off the front lower holder supports. Lay aside. Then look at the front rt. base for the motor control board. It will have one 5/16" top screw to remove and lift up to look at the board. If you see anything burnt or blown off the board , you need to replace the motor control assy. part # 12002039 if your serial # is before 88........ If you do not find anything there bad, then remove the rear control panel cover and look at the control board behind the timer. Especially notice if resister R-11 is open denoting the wax motor/latch system is bad. Control board is part # WP22002989. Thank You.
