Judith H September 09, 2012 for Model Number Samsung frontloader I have a samsung frontloader the heavy duty cycle will not fill with water, but every other cycle works fine. Just one cycle is not working. Is this something we can fix ourselves. Thank you
1 Answer Hello Judith. If the button is not working, replace the user interface. If there is no water comming in, test for power to the valve and look for clogged screens on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...

The Mach works goes through all its cycles except it will not stop spinning when it is done unless I unplug it. Could you tell me what the problem might be I am wondering if it is either the Control panel or timer tks.
