Hello Cecil! Try running the washer again. If you unplug it and the water continues to flow the water valve 285805 needs to be replaced. If it stops running, check the water pressure hose to make sure it has not kinked or clogged and if it is ok, replace the pressure switch W10852420. Hope this helps, thanks!

Hello Rod. If the control lock light stays on, and does not clear out or reset, you will need to replace the user interface in the unit. Hope this helps.

John, The F22 error code is usually an indication of a switch assembly failure, That would also explain the "Add Garment" light being on. Before you replace the switch assembly, check the loading door and door strike for proper alignment to the front panel door opening. You'll need to supply us with a model number, if you need assistance with a part number. Thanks and Good Luck

Hi Jim. The timer is part # WP3953548. This should take care of it if you simply change the cycle's and all works then. Thank you.

Leelamoni, I'm not positively sure I understand your Question, But if you wish to exchange your washing machine for a different model or make, you will need to discuss that with the dealer you purchased the machine from. However, most damaged clothes complaints are due to improper loading and chemical usage, you may want to review and follow the use and care manual that came with the washing machine. Thanks and Good Luck.
