Jerry, Did you convert the regulator to the LP Gas setting ? You don't really adjust the regulator, You'll need to remove the center cap, flip the pin located in the cap and reinstall " Remove cap and forcibly snap out plastic plunger from bottom of cap. Turn plunger over and forcibly snap back in the original location. Note: PLUNGER MUST SNAP INTO POSITIONT: THE GAS TYPE YOU AREC ONVERTING TO MUST BE VISIBLE ON THE LOWER SIDE OF PLUNGER."

Tom, You'll need to test the pressure at the regulator on the tank. It needs to have a minimum of 10 WCI and a maximum of 14 WCI to the stove regulator WP7510P083-60. We take for granted you have properly converted the regulator and burner valves to the LP gas configuration. So you'll need to check the pressure at the top burner valve farthest away from the regulator, with all the burners on and operating and check for the same pressure at the burner, This will confirm whether the regulator is at fault or not. You'll need to access or make up a manometer to perform these tests. You may have "crud" in the supply lines and tubing from the tank interior.

Mike, You will want to test for power at the coils of the safety valve. If there is not 3.2 to 3.6 v then the igniter is bad and if there is then the safety valve is bad. you would check from bake to common with unit set to bake and from Broil to common with broil set.

Hello Chris, If the brass fitting on top of the oven valve, (item number 4 on our parts display), is screwed all the way down, it is set up for LP. If it can be turned down, (tightened), about 2 turns, it was set up for Natural gas.

Hello TJ. If the flame is low, you may have a bad pressure regulator on the unit. You need to check the pressure coming to the unit to make sure it is correct.

Hello Minnie, If the ignitor is only getting red, it is probably the issue. When the ignitor draws the 3.2 to 3.6 amps of current required to open the safety valve, it will turn orange or almost white hot. There will also be an area or spot on the grey ceramic ignitor material. The best way to test the ignitor is with a clamp on ampmeter TJCL1100. The factory says you can test for resistance, but since heat increases resistance and the ignitor gets so hot, the cold resistance test is not reliable.
