Replaced igniter and orifice assembly, and replaced spark module. Used the video for help, but the video doesn't show the top cover piece that needs to be taken off first.

Once I watched the video on your site about gas line install, it became apparent why the line bent when I raised the lid.. also discovered those two rods have nest to go into and the lid/top now sets down tight as designed ( and as an added bonus, gas smell disappeared during oven use)

My 18+ year old Jennair cooktop, PN CCG2520W was in need of a rebuild b/c of a welded venturi tube on the right front [RF] burner. I purchased a burner and a oven orifice replacement kit from Appliance Parts Pros. I downloaded an installation manual from Whirlpool and followed the instructions. It was pretty easy. The front burner orifices could be replaced by just taking off the burner cover. The back ones required removing the burner diffuser. You will need to reattach the back burner bottom assembies after you remove the diffuser before you unscrew the orifice or it might bend the burner piping causing it to not line up...
