Dale C Brockport , NY March 15, 2015 Appliance: KitchenAid Drawer Dishwasher KUDD01DPPA1 Replaced pump rotor and pc board The PC board was bigger than the original so had to modify the mounts, the pump and rotor are pretty straight forward but would have much easier with another pair of hands. It took about 2 hours start to finish. One and a half days to get the parts, fantastic service. A new dishwasher is $1300.00. the parts were $314.00, so more than worth fixing. The hardest part was removing the old rotor as is froze due to calcium buildup.I have a top n bottom drawer-style dishwasher and have replaced both rotors and they work perfectly..by then way-I am a woman. Steven K San Dimas , CA October 10, 2015 Appliance: Model KUDDD01DPPA Rotor/motor in kitchenaid drawer dishwasher froze from calcium buildup I am Mrs. Steve. I repaired my dishwasher MYSELF for only $110! The hardest part of the project was getting the old motor/rotor out it was frozen with calcium build up and did not come out in one piece like the video showed, However, I used LimeAway and WD40 along with lotsa patience and elbow grease and it popped out Hallelujah!. I went to Appliance Parts Pros online and entered the model #...in less than a minute a drawing and breakdown of all the parts for my dishwasher was on the screen, it was soooo easy. I ordered the part a Sunday night via standard mail and it was delivered to me on Tuesday.Now that's INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! APP also has links to videos that walk you througn tons of projects. When my husband got home the dishwasher was fixed and one less project for him to do, which he just loves.
