Whirlpool WP7403P238-60 Range Infinite Switch Top Burner Control OEM Part

I used your chat and found out the year my stove was made. He also told me what part to order as one of the burners had stopped heating up. We watched the video on how to install it. My friend installed it and my stove burner now works.

Watched appliance parts pros video on YouTube to determine which part to replace. Ordered parts and followed how to video and replaced parts.

It was easy, especially since it's my second time. After the other time I took pictures of the back and sides with the screws I needed to use to remove the range top circled. That helped a bunch over the first time. It took as long to clean up under the range as it did to fix it.

Replaced the infinite switch which controls the heat element temperature. I unplugged the stove from the electrical outlet. Then removed the top back panel to gain access to the wires. I removed the knob from the switch on the front to access the screws holding the switch to the panel. Then I removed one wire at a time and placed it on the new switch. I ordered switches for both small and large heating elements. The packaging does not describe which element it is for and the numbers are not the same as on the old switch. So I had to go back online where I ordered the parts to find out the proper switch for each element. I replaced two switches. It took about 30 minutes, but I work slowly.
