Easy fix, just removed the screws that remained, installed the new unit and reapplied the screws. Didn't take 5 minutes. This was super easy! The dirty filters are just remove and replace items. The microwave essentially tells you when the filters should be replaced. The grease filter however, requires the removal of the Grill-Vent for access.
