Hello Jeff. You will need to test both elements in the unit and make sure they are good. If so, then the control board 318010700 is bad on the unit. The board has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

Hello Richard, You will need to contact corecentricsolutions.com and ask if they support board part number 318010700. If they do, you can send it to them for remanufacture. As far as your other questions, it is most likely a relay on the board, so the repairman and Sears are both correct. You should be able to remove the board yourself but you will need to take several pictures from different angles before removing the wiring so you can hook it back up without consulting a technician.

Hello Chuck, Sometimes you can actuate one of the micro switches on the door lock assembly until it cycles half way around and this will re-time the lock mechanism to the clock. If this does not work, the door lock 318095956 or the clock assembly 318010700 has an issue.
