Bill, The drain screen cover will just be held in by clips and you would have to release the clips to pop it up.

Mike, You would want to try to tap the impeller off with a rubber mallet so that you do not damage the shaft of the pump.

Jerry, To get the impeller off you would need to use a pair of needle nose pliers and get behind the impeller and pry up on it to remove.

Hello Glenn, This is most commonly caused by a clog in the drain system of the unit. If all screens are clear the issue is most likely the pump and motor assembly WPW10247394.

Don, You will need to get into the collector and make sure that it is clear and that there is nothing that is clogging the pump assembly and make sure that the check ball is moving freely. If these check ok then also check drain line to make sure that it is not plugged up. If all this checks ok then the pump impeller would be the most likely issue. Part number 4386996A.

Hello Jesus. Check and make sure the water level inside the unit is good and filling to the proper level and the spray arms are clean and not cracked. If so, then you will check the impeller and make sure it is good on the unit. If it is good, then the last restor is to replace the motor on the unit.

Hi Fred. If the seal has been taken off then your best bet to replace it because of the age and it has most likely dry and cracked. The seal part # WP3369031 and the grommet part # WP3369037 can be installed with the liquid dishwasher soap or a light coating of syl - glide lubricant part # TJ17-132. Thank You.

Hello Ted. Check and see if there is any debris in the pump and clogging it. If not, you will need to replace the pump assembly WPW10247394. Hope this helps.
