Hello Tammy. Make sure the freezer is between 0° and 5°. You need to check and see if there is power going to the water valve when the icemaker cycles. If so, replace the water valve on the unit. If not, or the icemaker does not cycle, you will need to replace the icemaker on the unit. Also, check and make sure the fill tube on the unit is not frozen and clogged. If so, replace the water valve and thaw out the fill tube. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

Hello Steve. If the water is not stopping, it sounds like the water valve WP67005154 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit.

Problem: Water Distribution (Ice Maker and Water Dispenser not working). What not problem: All distribution lines are clear. Adequate Water Pressure. Switch on door when activated will cause the Ice dispensing motor to turn and the Dual Water Valve makes a sound like it is working. Work done so far: Replaced the Dual Water Valve (#67002232) The basic problem is water is not moving past the Dual Water Valve to the Ice Maker and Water Dispenser. Where sould I look next?

Scott, What you will want to try is to disconnect the water line at the door hinge on the unit and push the dispenser for water. If water comes out then the issue would be with the water line in the door being frozen and the door would have to be replaced.

Hello Tom, This is normally caused by the solenoid overheating and melting the ice chute extension. This prevents the ice chute hinge from moving freely and normally will cause an air space in the seating of the ice chute door seal. The fountain assembly should be opened to access the extent of the damage. The situation was caused by the main control board W10207411.

Hello Rebecca, This sounds like there is a piece of ice forming in the water reservoir. To make sure this is the issue, remove the shelves in front of it and blow a hair dryer on it for about 15 minutes. If this clears the issue, you will need to set the freezer one setting warmer and set the fresh food side one setting COLDER. I know this sounds backwards but what you are trying to do is increase air circulation, which will prevent the heavier cold are from settling in the bottom of the unit and freezing the water reservoir and items in the crisper drawers. There should be a wiring diagram folded up behind the kickpanel below the doors.
