White plastic door handle for top-mount refrigerators. Replaces cracked, broken, or worn handles. Installs on refrigerator or freezer door compartment.
At first my epoxy glue job worked for about three years, but finally gave out. The handle broke at the top where it screws to the door. The part to fix it was ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com and it arrived in a few days. It was intact and installed easily—good as new. The only issue with the part is the cost. Remove old handle: (2) large Phillips-head screws where it attaches to top edge of refrigerator door, back out (1)set screw lower end off handle- needs very small hex wrench. Retain screws: none supplied with new handle. Place new handle in place (need to back out the set screw on bottom of handle to slide it fully into place before tightening). Install (2) screws on top end, and snug the lower setscrew. DONE. Read more

First had to clean inside the empty freezer, that was the hard part. removed old gasket and cleaned inside the track in the door. had the new gasket well warmed and in the right shape. put new gasket in track. seating it firmly. It was very easy. I did watch a couple of online videos to get the general idea of what it detailed.
