I looked up the error code on the internet and determined that the drain pump had failed. I watched the Appliance Parts Pros repair video on how to replace this part, ordered a new pump and installed it myself in less than 30 minutes. This was an easy job that saved me the price of a service call, at least one hour of labor, and perhaps a markup on the part--probably around $200.00 total. The bake (bottom burner) worked after replacing the ignitor. Becareful and do not drop the ignitor or the element will break. I found out the hard way. The oven would not heat up but the broiler and stove top burners all worked so I replaced the igniter. Took out 3 torx screws on each side, much of the insides fell out at this point. At this point I had the new part and what was left of the old part and the adjust lever. Screwed them back together and that was that. The new support piece was not needed. Read more

The manual had instructions for pulling things apart, the flaps over the drawer tops and the clear plastic inserts in the shelf. Flaps--Easiest to work with when the shelf is out and upside down. Slide flaps to the side a little to release the axle pin on the flaps from the receptacle hole on the shelf frame. Clear plastic plates are held in with a plastic pin on the side of the shelf frame. Rebalanced the load but noticed the drum was sitting lower and the springs were wore out and it went out of balance easy, so i got the suspension rod kit and installed it and it works much better. It took me 2 hours because i didnt have adequate room to move around. Hour job if you have room. Read more
