Three new vanes. Installation was easy, removed one stainless screw on each vane, slid the broken vanes toward the front of the machine, compressed the old vane slightly and came right out. They have to be slid about 1 to 2 inches forward for removal. This was an easy fix.

Disassembled & found a poorly made spindle (spider) that was broken on each of 3 spokes. Heavy corrosion after 12 years of usage so can't complain. The removal of the spider bolts were difficult due to the seized up bolts causing the nuts in the lifter assemblies to strip & spin inside the plastic housing. Easily removed but now I had to order new lifters delaying the repair.
